الأسعار بالريال القطري. أسعار التركيب والخدمات نحددها بعد الزيارة أو بعد ما نفهم طلبك، ومنتجات الإنارة سعرها عند الطلب.Prices are in Qatari riyals. Installation and service prices are set after the visit or once we understand your request. Lighting products are priced on request.
المنتجات المادية تدفعها عند الاستلام كاش أو بتحويل فوري، أو برابط دفع نرسله لك على الواتساب. المنتجات الرقمية تدفعها برابط الدفع.Physical items are paid on delivery in cash or by instant transfer, or with a payment link we send on WhatsApp. Digital products are paid with the payment link.
نوصل داخل قطر، وتكلفة التوصيل حسب المنطقة ونأكدها معك قبل.We deliver within Qatar. The delivery cost depends on the area and we confirm it with you first.

نأكد معك الموعد قبل، وإذا تبي تغيّره كلّمنا على الواتساب. الضمان على الأجهزة حسب ضمان الشركة المصنّعة، ونوضح لك تفاصيله قبل التركيب.We confirm the appointment with you first; message us on WhatsApp to change it. Devices carry the manufacturer's warranty, and we explain it before installing.

إذا وصلك منتج فيه عيب أو غير اللي طلبته، نبدله لك أو نرجع لك المبلغ كامل.If an item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, we replace it or refund you in full.
القطع المطبوعة بالاسم أو بتصميم خاص ما تنرجع لأنها مسوّاة لك بالذات، إلا إذا فيها عيب أو غلط منّا.Pieces printed with a name or a custom design cannot be returned, because they are made just for you, unless they are faulty or we made a mistake.
ما تنرجع بعد ما يوصلك الملف. إذا الملف ما يشتغل عندك نصلحه، وإذا ما قدرنا نصلحه نرجع لك المبلغ كامل.These cannot be returned once the file is sent. If the file does not work for you we fix it, and if we cannot fix it, we refund you in full.
تقدر تلغي الموعد قبله بدون أي رسوم. وبعد التركيب، إذا صار خلل في شغلنا كلّمنا ونرجع نشوفه.You can cancel an appointment beforehand at no cost. After installation, if something is wrong with our work, tell us and we come back to check it.
كلّمنا على الواتساب برقم الطلب، ونرتب معك الاستلام. نرجع المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع.Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we arrange the pickup. Refunds go back the way you paid.
